FR4 is a glass-fiber-reinforced epoxy laminate designed to provide electrical insulation, mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and flame-retardant performance. How Is FR4 Sheet Produced?

Manufacturing begins with woven glass cloth impregnated with a formulated epoxy resin system.
